1. General
BORRO DESIGN is the property of Lume Ventures LLC, trademark licensee No. 2113906, registered at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, phone: +971 58 5510702(hereinafter referred to as "BORRO DESIGN", "we", or "us"). We operate an online shop through www.borrodesign.com (the "Website"). All orders placed via our Website, and the deliveries and services we provide, are governed exclusively by the following Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of order. Any conflicting conditions provided by the customer will not be recognized unless previously agreed in writing by BORRO DESIGN.
2. Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, logistics, and external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier delays).
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit/debit card. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion. If your order is accepted, you will receive confirmation via email.
If your purchase involves a third-party product or partner, we will identify them clearly, and your contract will be directly with them under their specific terms.
a. Our Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the transaction. The contract is formed only once your payment has been approved and accepted by us.
b. Pricing & Availability
We strive for accuracy in all product listings, descriptions, and pricing. In case of any error in pricing, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order. All prices include UAE VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs will be added separately at checkout and included in your total.
BORRO Design reserves the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including pricing, availability, and product details.
c. Payment
Payments are securely processed online. A pre-authorization check will be performed before confirming your order. Items will be shipped once payment is successfully processed.
3. Delivery & Shipping
We ship internationally via FedEx and within the UAE via Aramex. Shipping risk is assumed by BORRO Design until the item is delivered. Estimated delivery timelines:
- UAE: 1-3 working days
- GCC countries: up to 10 days working days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customs and duties are not included unless stated otherwise.
4. Right to Return
You may return items within14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging. Return shipping costs and risks are your responsibility.
To initiate a return, email us at info@borrodesign.com. Clearly mention your order number and return reason and we will process your return. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be rejected and sent back.
Consequences of Return
On successful return, payments received will be refunded to the original payment method. If an item is used or damaged beyond typical handling, a compensation fee may be deducted. Refunds do not include currency exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.
5. Important Notes
a. Product photos are representative; minor visual variations do not constitute a defect.
b. Availability and pricing may change without notice.
c. We reserve the right to perform partial deliveries where appropriate.
6. Customers in the EU
Orders shipped to EU countries may take 2up to 10 business days. Prices exclude local customs, VAT, and other import fees. You are responsible for these additional charges.
7. Shipping Rates
BORRO Design offers worldwide shipping. Extra charges may apply for high-volume or jewelry items and will be communicated before shipping.
8. Privacy Policy
BORRO Design is committed to protecting your personal data. We use your information only for order processing, customer service, and personalized communication such as newsletters and offers.
We do not store or access your credit card details. All online payments are securely processed by our payment service providers.
